Refund policy

Can I exchange or return a customized item ?     

Unfortunately,  customized products cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded.

When will I receive my refund ?

You will be refunded within 14 days of the date of receipt of your return, provided that the returned product  passes our quality control (complete parcel with jewellery, packaging, certificate, etc.). The refund will be made on the same card or account used for the purchase.
