What is the estimated delivery time ?    

The delivery time frame depends on your location but it is normally less than 1 week (excluding customs delay for certain countries) . Customer service will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched

How can I change my delivery address ?

Contact customer service  as soon possible on customerservice@hrh.com. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched we cannot modify your delivery address.

What is your return policy ?

Are the return or exchange of goods "free of charge" ?     

Yes, the return costs are paid by HRH if the return is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
