The Customer can return, within a timeframe of thirty (30) days after the initial delivery date, the delivered items in their original packaging, complete and accompanied by the return voucher together with the invoice for the items. The refund of the cost of the items returned will be made by crediting the bank card which was used to pay for the order, once the piece(s) has(ve) been through quality control.
